Our flowering areas in transition

When sowing the wildflower meadow, we made sure to only use native seeds. Seed mixtures from the nationwide initiative "Thousands of Gardens - Thousands of Species" (using the North mixture suitable for Cologne) as well as from the Federal Information Center for Agriculture (BZL) were used. These mixtures contain native wild plant species that not only enrich the local flora but also provide essential habitats for numerous insect species.
