Your stay in Cologne
In the first days after arriving in Cologne you should arrange the following matters:
- Your enrolment as a student at Cologne University / International Office (pick up your student ID Card)
- Opening a bank account
- Registration with a health fund (Krankenkasse)
- Registration (within one week!) at the residents registration office (Einwohnermeldeamt)
- Application for a library card
