In addition to the personnel and financial structure, the further development of the Faculty of Medicine depends very much on its infrastructure. At a time of positive development in third-party funding and publication activity, the effective and transparent use of laboratory space and core units is therefore of considerable importance. The development of a future-proof IT infrastructure also plays an essential role in the age of big data and artificial intelligence.
