Office of the Vice Dean of Science & Transfer
The Vice Dean's Office for Science - Translation - Transfer offers scientists at the Faculty of Medicine a point of contact for all matters relating to research. The responsibilities of the Vice Dean's Office for Science - Translation - Transfer include the allocation of faculty funds (Köln Fortune), the further development and supervision of the structured doctoral programs Health Sciences, Molecular Medicine and the Graduate School of Human Medicine and Dentistry as well as the Cologne Clinician Scientist Program, research funding advice and quality assurance for clinical studies. As a joint project with the Office of the Dean of Studies, we have developed the "Research Track" for students of dentistry and human medicine. In cooperation with the Gateway ESC, the Vice Dean's Office offers advice on knowledge and technology transfer.
