At a glance
At the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Cologne, national and international scientists conduct research in over 60 different clinics, institutes and centers. They cover the entire spectrum from molecular medicine, cell culture and animal models to translational research and clinical application.
The mission of the Faculty of Medicine is to conduct excellent clinical, translational and medical research and to develop new diagnostic procedures and therapies that can be transferred into clinical practice and thus improve patient care.
