Individual advancement and careers are an important concern of the Faculty of Medicine. The Vice Deans, in particular the Vice Dean for Academic Development and Gender and the Vice Dean of Science work closely together in this area. The aim is to provide qualification and support opportunities for every position with the aim of accompanying female and male scientists at the Faculty on their individual career paths.
