Required documents
The Docfile team requires the following documents to verify the data you entered in Docfile during registration:
- Exposé with signed form
- a university entrance qualification (usually a high school diploma)
- Certificate of enrolment for the first semester or a certificate of study times for each study you have started
- Intermediate graduation certificate (M1 state examination), if already available final graduation certificates of all your studies
Achievements and the corresponding certificates, which are usually provided during the doctorate and must be available for admission to the doctoral procedure:
- Proof of a key qualification course and the presentation
- Final graduation certificate (M3 state examination)
In Docfile, please only upload the certificates as PDF files. If the key qualification course was a course of the Faculty of Medicine, you will find the proof in the transcript of records from KLIPS. For external courses, you must obtain a certificate of attendance. The forms for the exposé/presentation can be found on the GSHZ homepage.
Please upload the documents in your doctoral file under the "Documents" tab and confirm by e-mail to medfak-docfileuni-koeln.de. Please send any queries regarding this process to this e-mail address only.
